Managing Director
Asmin began his career in the food and catering industry, working as a Cook and Catering Assistant with Air Terminal Services (PTY) Ltd. at Nadi Airport, Fiji, from 1992 to 1995. His early experience in commercial kitchens and catering provided him with valuable knowledge of food preparation, quality, teamwork, and efficient operations. He has since built more than 25 years of experience in the aviation industry and currently works in aircraft surface movement operations at Sydney International Airport.
Throughout his career, Asmin has developed strong skills in leadership, team development, and operational planning. He brings this experience to the business, helping shape its strategic direction, strengthen the brand, and support sustainable growth. His extensive involvement in day-to-day operations has also reinforced his belief in working effectively and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
Beyond his professional commitments, Asmin is actively involved in religious and community welfare initiatives. He is particularly passionate about supporting community relationships and encouraging youth development through extracurricular activities.

Rakesh brings a strong combination of enthusiasm, customer service expertise, and extensive business experience to the development and growth of our brand. His entrepreneurial journey began when he became the proud owner of a reputable liquor store in New South Wales, where he gained valuable experience in business operations and customer relations.
Throughout his career, Rakesh has built strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues, customers, and members of the wider community. His approachable nature and commitment to providing excellent service continue to play an important role in the values behind our family business.
Rakesh currently holds a managerial position within the health industry, where responsibility, attention to detail, critical thinking, and a strong awareness of health, safety, and hygiene are essential. These qualities bring valuable expertise to our business, particularly in maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consumer safety.

With more than 20 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and passion to developing products that stand out through their distinctive flavours, quality ingredients, and authentic taste.
Throughout his career, Latchmi has held senior positions including Sous Chef and Head Chef within commercial catering and renowned hotels. Based in Brisbane, Queensland, his extensive experience includes catering and supplying food for a diverse range of clients and events across the Gold Coast, from retail businesses and high-end hotels to local council food stalls, corporate organisations, private functions, and conventions.
Drawing on decades of culinary expertise, Latchmi has dedicated years to developing and refining the recipes behind Australian Gourmet Delights. His passion for experimenting with flavours and carefully combining ingredients has helped create products designed to offer something unique in the market.
